MEET THE BUILDER

John C. Tracy
Founder

John Tracy’s career in construction began in 1970, first working on major infrastructure projects before becoming a journeyman carpenter. In 1974, he launched a successful home renovation company in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, completing more than 60 projects per year. His passion for building led him to develop custom homes on individual lots, followed by larger land developments that included residential neighborhoods, retail centers, offices, and multi-family properties.

In 1984, John expanded his vision to Southeastern Wisconsin, where he began acquiring land to create thriving new communities. Over the years, his work has included a wide range of developments - condominiums, affordable single-family homes, and custom residences, as well as commercial projects such as office buildings, storage facilities, restaurants, and apartment complexes. With decades of experience, John continues to lead with a passion for quality design and thoughtful development.
